CARTERS LAKE MARINA & RESORT - “”Escape To The Peaceful Lake”"

We currently have one houseboat for rent. The houseboat is a 1986, 60ft Somerset. It accommodates up to 8 people, including children. There is a full kitchen, one bathroom, a queen bedroom, full size bunk beds and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a dining area and wet bar. Front and back decks are great for relaxing plus the railed roof has loungers for sunbathing. The kitchen is fully equipped and linens and towels are provided. The boat is equipped with a diesel generator for power away from the dock.

RENTAL TIMES
Check in 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm. Latest check in is 6pm on the houseboat.
Check Out 9.00 am to 11.00 a.m.
Early check in or late check out not available on the houseboat.
Maximum of 8 allowed on boat, including children. No pets allowed.
Minimum age is 21, unless accompanied by parents.
Gas and diesel charges are not included in price.
