38′ Houseboat Rental on the Gulf of Mexico in the Fabulous Florida Keys available with our private island for docking, we provide a unique vacation getaway!
There are few better places in the world to experience first hand than the amazing Florida Keys. Made up of over 1,600 islands and protected by America’s only living coral reef, the Florida Keys are famous for clear turquoise waters, excellent fishing, diving, snorkeling, kayaking, wildlife viewing and so much more. This is truly a water wonderland.
We are located in Marathon, about 100 miles south of Miami, in the heart of the Florida Keys. Marathon has a population of approximately 10,000 people and has a commercial airport, hospital, two national chain food stores, numerous restaurants, dive shops, fish charters and many locally owned businesses.
Our houseboats come fully equipped, offering you a safe and comfortable home base for your many Florida Keys activities or the perfect place to kick off your shoes, lay back and relax. Included in our rentals are linens, bath towels, cooking and kitchen utensils, and snorkeling gear. We also take time to familiarize you.

Experience the tranquil Gulf waters of the Florida Keys from the unique perspective of your own floating home - docked at your own private tropical island. Rental includes a run-about boat to return to shore or explore the waters around the island.
This is a back-to-nature experience! Our private Charlie’s Island (aka Quiet Cove Key) offers you the chance to dock the houseboat at a worry free site and truly get away from it all. This exposed fossilized ancient reef is beautifully landscaped with trails wandering throughout. Secure your houseboat and wander the paths through the mangrove trees, enjoy fishing from the dock, or snorkeling in the crystal clear waters around the island. We provide a grill and picnic table for your tropical picnic as well as hammocks for the perfect perch to watch the sun set into the Gulf waters. This is ideal for people who are interested in a rustic, camp like adventure!
Your Florida Keys houseboat and island vacation adventure includes a 38′ Holiday Mansion Houseboat which sleeps five guests. You also receive free exclusive use of our private island for camping, picnicking, kayaking, snorkeling adventures and so more. Rentals include linens, bath towels, cooking and kitchen utensils, kayaks, runabout boat, snorkeling gear, and exclusive private island docking and usage.

What a magical experience to say the least! The weather and water were amazing and our hosts were terrific. Rick helped us with the houseboat and made sure we were comfortable. We will be back soon! In a word…paradise. We haven’t laughed and smiled so much in we don’t know when!
Rating:We love visiting the Florida Keys and we can tell you from first hand experience with these folks that they offer a great way to explore the keys by houseboat. Our vacation was great. We dealt with Pam who made sure we had everything we needed to have a spendid time. We can’t wait to go back again this summer!
