Sea Village Marina is New Jersey's only live aboard houseboat community open all year round. A unique environment which mingles Floating Homes with conventional houseboats. All rental homes are securely and permanently tied to the docks. The configuration of the marina's 75 large slips is pictured in the aerial. Floating Homes are available to rent on the channel and lagoon where you may relax and watch the boaters slowly cruise by and show off their catches for the day as you sun bathe on your top deck. The marina is equipped with a 70 ft. in ground swimming pool to cool you off on those hot summer days. Throughout the summer the marina hosts pool parties and barbeques for everyone.

Experience a unique lifestyle for two nights, a week, a month, a season or a whole year. There are various models of floating homes available with moorage for your powerboat to cruise around the Atlantic City and Ocean City waters. Atlantic City casinos, the boardwalk, golf courses, great restaurants and many other local attractions are just a few minutes away.

Accommodations
Each rental is equipped with fresh bed linens and towels, clean kitchens equipped with all of your basic kitchen needs, crab traps to be used from your dock, and beach badges for Ventnor and Margate beaches which are just over the bridge. Bring your personal items, food, beach gear, golf gear, or fishing gear, and great weather to enjoy this wonderful life on the water. Don't forget to bring your bicycles, roller blades or walking shoes and enjoy the boardwalks and bike paths nearby. Bring your runabout boat or rent a bay boat from Gifford marine across the street to enjoy crabbing or fishing.

Special appearances are made by an innumerable amount of wildlife ranging from various interesting birds, turtles, minnows, blue claw crabs, and for the fisherman - striper, flounder, and blue fish!
