Manor House Marine and Cottages nestles in the heart of Lower Lough Erne, one of the most spectacular lakes within the island of Ireland. The Noble family and staff are proud to offer cruising holidays on Ireland’s inland waterways and lakeside self-catering cottages. From here a holiday paradise is unleashed. You can relax, take time out, and breathe in the clear unpolluted air while enjoying the unforgettable scenery set in peace and solitude amongst 800 sq. km of the island studded lakes.

Our hire boats are one of the most modern fleets in Ireland and these cruisers are available for charter through Lough Erne, the Shannon-Erne Waterway and the River Shannon offering you a world of boating pleasure…

On the shores of Lough Erne and next to our 150 private berth marina and the Manor House Hotel & Leisure Complex lie our self-catering cottages. There are lots of on-site facilities and with Enniskillen just a short drive away there is an abundance of things to see and do.

Also on-site is our recently opened 9-hole golf course, static caravan park, pitch & putt, tennis court. We also provide day boat hire for full and half day hire. Our marina offers full boat sales and service with an extensive brokerage list available from our reception.

Our large sheltered marina is situated in our own grounds, overlooking Hay Island in the heart of Lower Lough Erne. Our reception centre provides a warm welcome and has a gift shop, toilet/shower block, telephone, laundry facilities and free car parking. From here we can provide angling permits and advise on all aspects of cruising on Lough Erne and activities in Fermanagh.

Recently launched is our 9-hole golf course and golf shop. This challenging par-30 course overlooks the marina and we offer reduced rates for all residents.

Adjacent to the self-catering cottages are other on-site facilities including an all weather tennis court, pitch & putt, fishing jetties on private shoreline, boules pitch, games room with table tennis, and bicycles and day boats for hire.

Next to the marina and cottages is the 4 Star Manor House Country Hotel with leisure complex, including 20m pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym and beauty salon, and residents can use this at a small additional cost. There is an excellent restaurant in the hotel and bar snacks are available all day long in their lively Watergate bar which offers regular live entertainment.

Our marina is approximately one and a half cruising hours from Enniskillen and is the perfect location to rent a boat from. All our hire boats receive specialist tuition prior to leaving the marina. Following this tuition you and your crew are free to explore Lough Erne and the adjoining inland waterway’s of Ireland including the Shannon-Erne Waterway and the River Shannon.
