The Borland family (Robert & Tanner) started started Tiny’s Water Toys in the summer of 1989, with two waverunners and one bumper boat. This was the first water toy rental operation on Lake Ouachita. Tiny’s Water Toys evolved into DreamChaser HouseBoat Rentals, Inc. the summer of 1997 with one used houseboat nicknamed Suite Dreams.
